Lahore Massage Center provides professional therapeutic massage and spa services including Oil Aroma Massage, Deep Muscle Relaxation, Hot Stone Massage, Signature Massage, Thai Tranquility Massage, Full Body Massage, Couples Massage, Tension Relaxation, and Lomi Lomi Massage.

All services are performed by certified female therapists in private, soundproofed treatment rooms. Session durations are available in 60-minute and 90-minute options as specified per service.

2. Appointments and Booking

• Appointments can be booked via phone call, WhatsApp, or the online contact form on our website.
• Bookings are confirmed only after direct communication with our team.
• We reserve the right to decline or reschedule appointments at our discretion.
• Walk-in clients are welcome subject to therapist availability.
• Operating hours are Monday to Sunday, 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

• We kindly ask clients to provide at least 2 hours notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a booking fee for future reservations.
• In cases of emergency, please contact us as soon as possible via phone or WhatsApp.
• Lahore Massage Center reserves the right to cancel appointments due to therapist unavailability or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and offer an alternative time.

4. Pricing and Payment

• Prices for all services are displayed on our website and are subject to change without notice.
• Payment is required at the time of service.
• We accept cash payment at the center.
• Prices may vary during special promotions or seasonal offers.
• Any additional services requested during the session will be charged accordingly.

5. Health and Safety

For the safety and wellbeing of all clients and therapists:

• Clients must disclose any known medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or health concerns before their session.
• Massage services may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions. Please consult your doctor if you are unsure.
• Our therapists reserve the right to modify or discontinue a treatment if a client's health or safety is at risk.
• Clients under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be served.
• Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• Lahore Massage Center maintains strict hygiene protocols including clean linens, sanitized equipment, and clean treatment rooms for every session.

6. Professional Conduct

All services at Lahore Massage Center are strictly professional therapeutic treatments. Any inappropriate behavior, requests, or conduct toward our therapists will result in immediate termination of the session without refund, and the client may be refused future service.

Our therapists are professionals committed to providing a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for all clients. We ask that all clients treat our team with the same respect.

7. Liability Disclaimer

Lahore Massage Center is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of our services, except where caused by the proven negligence of our staff. By booking a session, clients acknowledge that massage therapy involves physical contact and agree to inform our therapists of any relevant health conditions.

We are not responsible for any personal belongings lost or damaged on our premises. Clients are advised to keep valuables secure.
